Beach House Paradise Rental Policies

General:

• No Smoking.
• Rates in US Funds:
  • $1846.00 / Week for up to 6 guests, including children ($43.95/night/guest).
  • $350.00 / Night for up to 6 guests - 3 night minimum ($58.33/night/guest).
• Reservations accepted for any days of the week.
• Pets welcome. Non-refundable pet deposit of $100 / pet (maximum 2 pets).
• Please add 11% Florida State Resort Tax to all rates.
• Please email or phone for availability.

Reservations:

• $350.00 deposit - which is applied to your total balance - payable by .
• Balance due at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival for refund.
• No refunds for early departures, except in the event of a hurricane. In the event of a hurricane a refund of deposit or any unused nights will be given.

Occupancy:

• 3 night minimum.
• Check-in: 3pm.
• Check-out: 11am.

Beach House Paradise is State and County Licensed and we are members of the Melbourne-Palm Bay Chamber of Commerce.
